Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is Kelsey's son. Spencer Grammer was born in and lived in Los Angeles California. She is the child of actress Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer, the daughter of Peter Fischer and Maria Fischer, was born as the son of a second from Krasnoyarsk (Russia) before the Soviet Union. Her father worked as a physical education instructor and her mother worked as engineer at a university. Joseph Stalin, in 1941, deported Volga Germans into Siberia. With her parents and older sister, aged six years, she immigrated to west Germany via Wollstein Rhineland Palatinate in 1988. Helene went on to study for three years at Frankfurt Stage & Musical School in which she was taught to act and sing.
